Excellent summary (and nice spreadsheet with charts/graphs), Ross. If you add a link to the DNSO GA discussions of the issue, starting from:
http://www.dnso.org/clubpublic/ga/Arc09/maillist.html to the list of links at http://www.byte.org/rc-deletes then I think you'd have an almost complete list of the major discussion on the issue. The other links that might be added for completeness would be: http://www.opensrs.org/archives/discuss-list/0201/date.html (OpenSRS resellers discussion list archives) and any public links to the ICANN-DELETES mailing list (a public archive might be useful of those discussions). I'm shocked and saddened the "Let's Make George Kirikos a Multi-Millionaire Proposal" got no votes! :( C'est la vie... at least it got as many "favourable" votes as the WLS (a resounding zero!) from the registrars. Perhaps a recount? ;) Sincerely, George Kirikos http://www.kirikos.com/ --- "Ross Wm.
