I just sent something out to all .ca resellers on this....CIRA is down. We'll be doing a similar announcement when they're back up.
<hint> Whenever you need to know this, if you haven't been told by us yet, or if it happens during hours when we're less likely to be on top of it, just check with CIRA directly.....9 times out of ten their website will be down during times when they're having trouble. </hint> Thanks!
