Batch transfer problem

Hello,

One client transfered 27 domains from Netsol to OpenSRS.
When I look at the batch transfer, I see that 20 domains were approved by the owner (they are in the Waiting Registry Approval) and 7 always pending owner approval
My client says that he approved the 27 domains.
When I  go to the RWI and "Search Batch Transfers", in 'Batch Transfer Search Results', I  see:

ID Order Date Status Domain Count
102492 4:26 pm Jan 14, 2002 Processed 27

When I click on the batch transfer #, I see 7 domains with 3 stars link in the "Resend request" column
If I press on each of these 7 Resend requests, I receive:
*Can't resend a request.
No pending owner transfers in this batch*

Anybody could tell me how to do to generate this resend request ?
