It would be nice if this would work for declined transfers, i.e. transfers declined at the registry (aka network solutions) level. It looks like it only lists transfers that timed out waiting for owner approval. I need to resubmit transfers that netsol blocked with the excuse that the registrant didn't respond to netsol's e-mail. These decelined transfers show with a status of cancelled and do not end up in the declined orders list making resubmission a little bit more work...
