On the flip side of the coin,

I am sure that potential re sellers of OpenSRS watch this list before
joining. And the Open discussion demonstrates to them that OpenSRS is the
place to be for support of resellers, both from OpenSRS and peer based.

To develop a list that is re seller only based would only close out the
novices. If I were NSI, or any other registrar I would already be an
OpenSRS re seller under an assumed name to have access to the OpenSRS
resources. I dont know about other re sellers but I regularly check out
what other domain name channels are doing to make sure that what my re
seller and the resellers I support are offering features and services on
par with the features of any re seller of Enom, NSI, etc.

For sensitive issues that dont belong on this list .. well that is what
NDA's are for.

just my thoughts on this issue.
