Hi Mark, The name servers you are trying to use for the .biz registrations must be registered with the .biz registry. You can add them yourself through the "Registry Nameservers" section in the resellers interface.
As far as the bulk registrations go, unless you specify them to be registered into an *existing* profile, they will by default all go into seperate profiles. Regards, Joey.
