Transfer problems

I have a problem concerning info-transfer:

In beginning of January 02 I requested a transfer for 6 domains
in the live system. Because the loosing registrar did not
immediately provide the 'auth code' finally the transfer expired.

When the transfer had expired, I got the 'auth code' from the
loosing registrar, so I did a new transfer request for the 6 domains.

When doing the transfer confirmation for the 6 domains with the 'auth code'
I got the error: Transfer not possible - Transfer pending

So I have cancelled all transfers in the live system 2 days ago.

Now when looking to the whois of afilias, all status of these domains
is still 'PENDING TRANSFER'

Whom should I contact now to get the status corrected?
It seems, without correcting the status to 'OK', I can not
do a new transfer request.
