Since you have installed a different version of Perl, verify the scripts are
pointing to that new version.  The version from perl reported by
verify_install.cgi is done with the $] variable (perl-ism), and would be
reported by the version specified in the first line of the script (by
default, #!/usr/bin/perl).  Note that Perl 5.6.1 usually reports as 5.0061
with this method.

Also, this type of message is better addressed by the community via the
dev-list; if you find you don't get the help you require here, try that list
(and check the archives - I know there's lotsa RAQ3-centric messages there)
