Maybe I didn't make myself clear. When we announce this new round I expect that not only the "old" clients will again submit "old" names but "old" and "new" clients will also try other names which are currently not available for several reasons. The fact that a domain is currently not available doesn't mean that it is one of those "affected" domains. So, how should our clients and we be able to focus ONLY on the affected domains and distinguish them from "wrong" submissions? The only way I see to solve this is to publish a list of all those 40k+ "affected" domains.
