auto-renew isn't a transaction that is pendable, so the "process" flag has
no effect.  Also, auto-renewed domains (afaik, I'll find out for sure) are
automatic as well, but you do receive notification that the domain is up
for auto-renewal.

We suggest that you do not enable auto-renewal unless you have a fairly
positive way to bill your customer when the auto-renewal occurs (30 days
before expiry)
