Right, so how do I enable renew in manage.cgi *without* allowing autorenew?
If I set
allow_renewals => 1,
allow_auto_renewal_message => 0,
Then people still get the option to autorenew. I have to turn off
renewals completely in manage.cgi *and* hack the template for renew.cgi
to stop the auto-renew from being visible.
