Rik,

You need to create a host record for the nameserver first , you cant use
a nameserver in the CNO world unless it is first registered with the
registry ( this is where I ask you to check the archives for past discussion
on this ).

Once you have created the host record ( see my previous reply ), you will
be able to add the nameserver to the domain.
