ICANN has data escrow policies for this kind of situation. While no definitive plan has been developed, the intent is clear that they intend to maintain the integrity of the registrations. The registrars have been discussing this amongst themselves to come up with a more detailed document covering this situation, and exactly how it would be handled. Perhaps Ross or someone handling that end can give an update on how that is going? That said, I'm sure ICANN would step in, and the domains would be transferred to a new registrar, similar to the way the domains were transferred recently from Registrars.com to NSI, since Verisign was shutting down their Registrars.com property. -- Best regards, William X Walsh <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> -- OpenSRS installation and customizations Payment Processing Integration Apache Installation and Support Services http://www.wxsoft.com/
