Hi Graham,

Check out http://www.atlcon.net/opensrs/nt-howto.htm for
some guidance on setting this up. IIRC the document is
current for V2.46 of the OpenSRS code, so there may be
some things that aren't contemplated in the HOWTO, but it
should help you down the road a bit, anyway.

Subject: Windows 2000 set-up

Hi,

I'm just implementing OpenSRS on Windows 2000 for internal use... currently
I'm in the test mode.
Has anyone had any experience getting it to work in this environment?

Things seem to work OK through reg_system.
However, register.cgi fails due to "use strict;" when I comment this out the
error pages comes back and tells me all the data is missing, listing every
field. The form before is definately posting everything through.
Help!

If anyone has any Windows tips then I'd be grateful.
Sorry for the "newbie" nature of this mail... but I've been struggling to
get any response from register.cgi and there's no obvious error to pick up
on. verify_install.cgi says everything is fine and connects correctly to
OpenSRS.

Cheers,
Graham
