Hi All, Sounds like this is NOT clear. First, if the Registry "does" track expiration date why is that not visible in www.nsiregistry.com query.. or in the zone files?
Then, if tracked how can netsol do anything but add a year to what's there? How could they overwrite? Can anyone shed some light here? Best, Loren PS: I've never brought a domain back to netsol, but would love to hear more about this value washout! [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > My concern is what happens to a 10-year pay ahead? The registry does keep track of the expiration date, however you are completely dependent on the registrar you are using to recognize years purchased from other registrars. For example, Netsol refuses to recognize years paid for at other registrars (doesn't matter if they are still in business or not). If you have transferred to Netsol with time remaining on your registration, Netsol will only give you credit for the one year that is automatically added during the transfer.
