For those using the RWI web system, and not yet enabled on the script interface, what happens if we initiate a RSP->RSP transfer on a locked name? (hopefully some error message) I assume at other registrars, they will see an immediate "NAK" once they make a transfer request, with a reason like "Registrant has name on lock" or something, if the protocol allows for a reason.
