Is a reseller required to remove the registrar lock upon request, at no charge, baring other prior arrangements between the RSP and the user? My only fear is an RSP that decides to registrar lock all the domains under them, and charge to have it removed to prevent customers from transferring away. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for this feature, for the most part, I'm just nervous about leaving it in entirely in the hands of the RSP. -- The nice thing about standards, there is enough for everyone to have their own.
