While the .info whois is supposed to be "near real-time", it's possible
that they haven't updated yet.

Or... it's possible that the change didn't "take" at the registry.  Due to
the EPP protocol being inherently slower, our system has been forced to
use an asynchronous mode for contact changes (etc).  While we report
"Command successful" (since our system took the change properly), this
does not mean that the registry took the change (or even got the change,
if a timeout occured internally).  We're working very hard to make this
better, but since half of the technology is not in our control it's
something we're still working on.

There will be some updates on this in the future, in the interim, for
contact changes, my suggestion is to try again :)
