Two Questions..

Hi,   Two quick and easy questions please.. :)   1) Is there anyway for us as the reseller to change the domain name info, such as contacts/dns? Or, must the user login with the information and do this themselves?   2) I have the option to send an email set to 'YES', so that when a domain name is registered, an email goes out to the user.
