Two quick and easy questions please.. :)
 
1) Is there anyway for us as the reseller to change the domain name info, such as contacts/dns? Or, must the user login with the information and do this themselves?
 
You must log-in with the username and password via the client package or using openSRS log-in for clients.
 
2) I have the option to send an email set to 'YES', so that when a domain name is registered, an email goes out to the user. Does that send an email too with the account login information?
 
No passwords are sent for secirity reason. You can however re-send the username and password to the one who registered the domain viz the reseller area when the owner requests it.
