Well, I know you said not to include them, but... I moved over to Charge.com about 6 months ago. I used to go through iTransact, but the bank that they stuck my merchant account at kind of sucked. Charge.com set me up at Humboldt Bank, and I've found them quite easy to work with, and everything has gone very smooth since I switched.
