I would trust Tucows, if they were in a group involved in a suit. But, I'm not sure they'd take part, as they've not been as active in the expired domains market as others (e.g. eNom, Dotster/NameWinner, IARegisttry, AWRegistry, and others). Although, they have been great in terms of idea leadership in the expired names discussion (e.g. the Tucows/MIT proposal for handling drops), and might have had their own products under development that are hurt by WLS. Being in Canada, it'd be a bit harder for them compared to a US-based registrar, too. [ICANN would presumably be sued in California courts?] Sincerely, George Kirikos http://www.kirikos.com/ __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Yahoo!
