I would trust Tucows, if they were in a group involved in a suit. But,
I'm not sure they'd take part, as they've not been as active in the
expired domains market as others (e.g. eNom, Dotster/NameWinner,
IARegisttry, AWRegistry, and others). Although, they have been great in
terms of idea leadership in the expired names discussion (e.g. the
Tucows/MIT proposal for handling drops), and might have had their own
products under development that are hurt by WLS. Being in Canada, it'd
be a bit harder for them compared to a US-based registrar, too. [ICANN
would presumably be sued in California courts?]
