IMHO, This WLS scheme would also put pressure on current domain holders
to renew their domains for maximum allotted period (10 years). I would
think Verisign would send our more notices to every registrant
be it a domain registered with Opensrs, scaring them into switching to 
Verisign. This would create more confusion, loss of business 
to current registrar, loss of time for resellers who have to spend
their time explaining this system to registrants.
