tecnical contact

Hi guys! I have some domains that were registered by my company, I am the technical contact for them, but I dont seem to have the ability to change the name servers?   The Billing and Admin contact is that of my client, but they no longer have the email address that it is being sent to.   Does any one know how I can get around this? Thanks Dan
