Yes, we had a customer just last week whose transfer request
was rejected because NSI stated to them they have to renew the domain
because it was expired on April xx 2001

However the domain was registered with NSI on April xx 2001
and the expiration date was April xx 2002

I thought it was a one time glitch

cheers
