Did you try doing the WHOIS at www.nsiregistry.com, to see which
registrar the name is at? Then, you can go to their website, and try a
WHOIS from their web-based WHOIS.

P.S. If it's to transfer to OpenSRS, and the WHOIS is garbled, OpenSRS
will likely need to manually check the web-based WHOIS of the registrar
too...it's happened to me a couple of times as well.
