Folks, Most of you are probably aware of the various kinds of 'renewal notices' (postal and email) that are being sent to your clients encouraging them to renew their domain(s) with a competing domain registrar. There are a few different iterations of this going around, but most provide an angle on the facts which confuses registrants into thinking they ought to renew this domain name with the other company.
We are pursuing action against companies (ab)using this kind of marketing campaign, and we'd like reseller feedback on any and all actions that have yielded results (or that you are hoping to generate support for). Once we've collected what feedback we get, we'll publish something to all resellers to better educated everyone WRT actions that can be taken against this sort of campaign.
