Hi Charles,

I guess you must have had some tearing-your-hair-out moments too during
dealings with sun-god man :-( He can't even manage to get a server working
(or get someone else to do it for him) @ gov.vc

But in the cases I'm aware of, Felix R _did_ require and receive full
registration details, and even receipted them. My experience with him is
that he refers people now to the ministry, which is understandable but sad
because he is the competent one! The problem would be if he sent the file to
sun-god man without keeping a copy, but I doubt that he'd do that. But who
knows, perhaps there will be further delay if he gets an email from sun-god
man saying "don't give Liberty the file". Little would surprise me now!
Sun-god man is just amazing.

Meanwhile, bearing in mind the negative things that have been said about
some of the agents (by some of those who made the mistake of using them), it
wouldn't surprise me if in some cases the agents have put themselves as
admin contacts without having made it clear to registrants that they would
do so. OK this isn't Liberty's problem, but... Even if they get the admin
contact details, they may find that the easiest way to contact existing
registrants is to email them either at the registrant email addresses or @
their .vc addresses. Good luck to Liberty anyway, I'm sure they'll sort it
out.

Hoping it all gets up and running soon!

Chrissie

PS Looking forward to when the whois details become publicly accessible :-)
