I have seen NOTHING, not even on the contracts
page. However, when I attempt to register one,
it does say the domains I check are available in
the live registry, so I guess they will let us
register them. I have not attempted to actually
register one though. So I don't know if they
will actually register in the end...

I just registered a dot vc domain name, handle by
Tucows.
I cannot manage the dns going to http://tucows.cariaccess.com/cgi-bin/manage.cgi

When I want to contact Cari Access, any email I sent came back
with:

(The only 2 addresses they give for contacting
