To put more than one domain name in the same profile during registration,
the profile must already exist.  A profile does not exist until the first
domain name in it is registered.

The necessary logic to use to register new domain names and have them all in
the same profile would be to register the first domain name, creating the
profile, then use that profile to register the subsequent domain names.
