Title: Transfer denied at request?
I was wondering if is normal or we are doing something wrong when we get TRANSFER domains that pass the lookup process correctly and then return an error directly when sent to the system for registration.

This is now happening mainly with “locked” domains (it seems registrator like eNom are doing this systematically).

I was wondering if “locked” domains should not return an error at request moment, rather than after our client has filled in the form and paid.

If transfers were not complicated enough!!!!!!!!!
