Since
there is the approval process BEFORE the transfer is actually requested at the
registry, you will see this delay. The registry does not provide for the
status of a domain (for transfers) until the actual command is placed. Of
course, by this point, we have to have Admin approval for the transfer, which
causes problems (as you've detailed below)

This is now happening mainly with �locked� domains (it seems registrator like eNom are doing this systematically).
I was wondering if �locked� domains should not return an error at request moment, rather than after our client has filled in the form and paid.
If transfers were not complicated enough!!!!!!!!!
