So, Chuck... Um...  Is this something new?

it.ca is with Tucows, but the Verisign registry says that NS[23]?.IT.CA
is managed by Network Solutions.  Can you move them over, so that I can
edit name server IP addresses via OpenSRS rather than NetSol?  Or am I
missing something about how this now works?
