"Rejecting transfers prior to 60 days is a registry policy and enforced by
the registry, not OpenSRS"

Yes, I understand that, but I was wondering if OpenSRS could verify whether
the 60 days has passed or not as part of processing? I know it has been
suggested at one point, but I don't remember if it was possible or done.

Only the registrar of record can get authoritative expiration dates (or the
registry themselves)

Rejecting transfers prior to 60 days is a registry policy and enforced by
the registry, not OpenSRS

If the creation date shows Feb/01, it's entirely likely that the creation
date hasn't changed.
