The Transfers TF is a Names Council task force consisting of one or two representatives from each constituency within ICANN. You can participate by funnelling your comments through the relevant constituency rep. In the case of resellers (depending on your business and affiliation) the ISP and Business constituencies may be good places to start as is the GA. I can also listen to what is being said, but it must be noted that I must act in accordance with my mandate from the Registrar Constituency first and foremost, not as a representative from Tucows. Of course, what is good for resellers is also good for registrars nine times out of ten, but a potential conflict of interest exists that must be explicitly flagged...
