RA-errors were explained, however... Horizon is currently "mail disabled", since it also has a habit of sending out confusing (and conflicting) renewal/transfer/other emails. We're working on a major enhancement to make this system much more useable, including showing (just to the reseller) examples of emails after they're sent.
