I experienced this earlier also. My staff called me screaming our ns1.endore.net wasn't in the registry! I had transferred from net sol and that ns was originally created with them if i remembered correctly, so i though maybe they were trying some nasty new schem. After checking the internic.net site for the nameserver to verify it was there, I had me person resubmit, and it took and went through.
ALSO... just wanted to say I was registering a domain the the RWI today and made a mistake in the data... the failed order went to the pending queue instead of having to put all that in again.. excellent guys!
