I think you are misunderstanding what they are talking about.  These are
nameserver host records stored in the registry.  I suspect, both of your
examples exist due to user error, unless they are running name servers at
www.gayatrimata.org and www.arpost.com.

The above name server host names and associated IP addresses are listed in
the "create or modify name servers based on this domain name" in the
management system.
