In the light of the recent "Verisign "International Business Reply Mail" 
postage paid" thread... I figured this to be mildly appropriate.

Hypothetically speaking...
If you take the nice Self Addressed Stamped Envelope that DROC includes and 
just happen to put a letter inside that says anything... perhaps "No thank 
you" and neglect to put any identifying marks on the letter or 
envelope  such as name/company name/ return address, then happen to drop it 
into a good old red mailbox  Canada Post will deliver the message DOUBLE 
postage due to DROC... gee wouldn't that be too bad...

Now apparently if there are any identifying marks on the envelope or letter 
inside, this whole thing may backfire

The beauty is DROC gets their garbage back, and Canada Post gets paid no 
matter what...

Mmmmmm evil thoughts...
