I am an enduser who registered some domain names through a reseller. In the registrant info for these domain names, my postal address is OK, but my name is listed as "N/A". It should be the same as the Administrative and Billing contacts. Technical is Reseller information. I am trying to get this corrected through the reseller, but they claim the following:
"I don't believe this is possible for domains that were registered before OpenSRS started reporting the registrant feild in whois. At the least, it is not possible from the management interface." Is this correct? If so, what steps should I...or they...take to update the registrant information?
