Absolutely not. If I am getting real-time abuse from your domain, 
you can bet I'm going to phone or call you to make it stop.

It is optional. Nobody forces anyone to get a domain. But if you want 
a domain, you play by the rules, and the rules say you make publicly 
available a name, address, phone number and e-mail address.
