I have cable modem service at home, and I was debating on trying to run my
personal website off of my own computer.  I don't think that would be
abusing my service.  I mean, what do I do online all the time anyway?  I
surf, download files/progs, and I'm very active in file-sharing.  I can't
see my website generating much more bandwidth than that, and if it does I
expect I'll be capped at some point or charged for the excessive use.  As
long as I use the computer itself for personal reasons I don't see the
problem, legally or morally.
