Hmmm. I reported an OpenSRS reseller using the ICANN logo to compliance over six months ago. The compliance people wrote back to me to say that they would look into it, and nothing happened; the company is still using the logo and still offering OpenSRS registrations. The site even says "<company name> is an ICANN approved Registrar" next to the logo (and no, the company is definitely not a registrar in addition to being an OpenSRS reseller -- it's a small one-person Web design company, he offers domain name registrations solely through OpenSRS, and the "Manage Your Domain" link points to "manage.opensrs.org"). Worse, the company owner knows he is not entitled to use the logo and that he isn't an ICANN registrar (I pointed this out to him in an e-mail exchange), and doesn't seem to care. I'm sending a reminder with details to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" and to Joey. -- Robert L Mathews, Tiger Technologies "The trouble with doing something right the first time is that nobody appreciates how difficult it was."
