I agree. I am not sure if people really believe they can use these logos, or
if they know better and play "Dumb"  The fact is, ICANN costs mega dollars
and the reward for that payment is to be able to use the said logo. However,
by being able to use that logo once the fee is paid, that is supposed to
help people realize that it is a trusted company because ICANN watches over
them (A guardian so to speak) BUT, it seems ICANN doesn't do their part
because they let the Veri-Jerks do what they want and be deceitful. THAT
part, I simply do not understand.
