I've seen a lot of them. I'm just mailed an "Announcement" to my
customers that renew in Oct/Nov that talks about the scams they'll be
seeing.

I mailed Aug/Sept last week and it's already having a positive effect.
One of my customers was so peeved off that he moved the ones that were
surreptitiously moved two weeks ago back to me.

Personally, I believe that Verisign will rue the day they started this
nonsense. "Trust" and mail scam are usually mutually-exclusive. Seeing
that Thawte is now coming down with the Verisign business practices,
hopefully they'll start driving that revenue stream away as well.
