I was just reading through the documentation and I noticed an error or change of policy with regards to paragraph 5 of the 'Payment FAQ' on the reseller web site, which reads:
"What is the minimum payment I can make to establish an account? It is US$250.00. Canadian companies should deduct 7% GST when calculating account balances. For instance, if a Canadian Reseller remits US$250.00, we would need to deduct 7% for GST and the RSP's account would reflect a US$232.50 payment." Whenever I make a payment, my credit card is charged US$250.00 plus US$17.50 for a total payment of US$267.50. While I don't have a problem with this, I rather prefer it this way, paragraph 5 is inconsistent with current practices. -- Regards, Brian Backland Backland Communications Inc.
