What's up with this?
When I try to initiate a transfer on a .biz name, I get
the following error back:
Domain xxxxxxx.biz is not transferrable:
System doesn't support .biz transfers
I thought that .biz transfers work now just like any
other. We're running OpenSRS-SF 1.59, so it's not like
I've got an outdated client...
