Thanks for the responses.  I guess it is off-topic, although our DNS 
goes through OpenSRS, I wanted to make sure it wasn't us.  For those who 
want to know... I told her to contact MSN and tell them to get their act 
together.  Personally, I think she should get a new service provider!
