Actually, according to a recent Gartner survey, at least 20% of the world is
perfectly happy with them. Their VP of Customer Service was quoted as saying
"We are very pleased with the positive results generated by our renewed
customer focus. This survey is a great indicator of our success. We will
continue to improve these numbers throughout the rest of 2002 and into 2003
and, of course, we hope that no one ever tells this 20% what the Internet
is..."
