Very interesting.... Did some checking around here and oddly I received the 'CA not recognized' on one late-model version of the IE browser. I can't explain this so will have to keep investigating (the data is below so feel free to hypothesize).
Also of note, we have been listening to you with respect to our certificate offering and are planning to soon be making some changes to our offering in response (more dramatic changes than in the past)....we learn.
